Energy Balance
This app provides an accurate measure of Energy (Active +/- and Reactive +/-) for a given SDS feeder selected by the user. The user also chooses the time aggregation interval with which energy should be presented, and can export all the data to a CSV file. This makes easy the comparison with energy meters data.
Basically the user needs to select the SDSs where he wants the Energy Balance operation mode to be activated, and press Start to initiate the mode in each of the SDSs. After that, the corresponding devices will start sending energy values to the platform which can be seen in the app’s interface, both on table and on chart, and exported to a CSV file. When desired, the user can Stop the operation mode and turn the selected devices back to the Normal operation mode.
Configuration
The device parameters for the Energy Balance mode are:
- Aggregation interval (min): the time interval according to which the energy data is aggregated and sent by the device to the platform.
- Feeder: the feeder at which the device will be measuring the energy consumption (at the three phases L1, L2 L3 independently)
Results
While in the Energy Balance mode, the device sends the following information to the platform (with a period defined by the “aggregation interval” setting)
- Timestamp: the time that marks the end of the aggregation interval;
- Feeder: the feeder where the energy consumption is being measured. This was fixed when the operation mode was started;
- Line: line where the energy consumption is being measured. All three phases are measured independently in the selected feeder;
- Active Energy +: Active energy for positive active power;
- Active Energy -: Active energy for negative active power;
- Reactive Energy +: Reactive energy for positive reactive power;
- Reactive Energy -: Reactive energy for negative reactive power;
- Observations: The observations information defined when the test was started.
